InterFace Multifamily Texas 2024

October 15 @ 8:15 am - 6:35 pm

InterFace Multifamily Texas — October 15, 2024

Join leading owners, investors, developers, and operators of multifamily property in the great state of Texas, along with lenders, intermediaries, architects, contractors and vendors for the 13th annual InterFace Multifamily Texas conference to be held October 15 at The Westin Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas.

This event will focus on the Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin apartment markets — which are still performing relatively well from an occupancy and rental rate standpoint — and will attract attendees from across the state (and the nation) who are buying, selling, developing or lending on Class A, B, and C multifamily properties in Texas.

As everyone knows, there are no shortage of challenges facing owners, investors and developers right now, and a big focus of discussion will be how and when the stagnant investment and development climate will be reinvigorated and come back to life.

There are more questions than answers about today’s market, and this year’s event will offer a wealth of much-needed industry information and insight, as well as high-level networking, so if you are active in the multifamily property sector in Texas — or interested in or gauging opportunities in the region — you need to join us October 15th!

InterFace Multifamily Texas is hosted by France Media’s Texas Real Estate Business magazine and Texas Multifamily & Affordable Housing Business magazines, along with the company’s InterFace Conference Group.

Topics To Be Discussed

  • What is the 2025 outlook for Texas multifamily markets?
  • How does the prospect of interest rate cuts impact investment & development strategies and activity for the remainder of 2024 and 2025?
  • Are any markets starting to see distressed properties come to market, and if so, what comes next?
  • For investors/owners with maturing loans, what are their options for finding affordable capital?
  • What is the lending environment for acquisitions and for new construction?
  • Which markets and product segments in Texas are seeing the most investment and development activity?
  • When and where will there be new development starts in Texas?
  • With a lot of new deliveries coming to some markets and some submarkets becoming over supplied, what will be the impact on occupancy and rental rates?
