Seniors Housing Business and the InterFace Conference Group will host the InterFace Active Adult conference on April 18 in Dallas.
This fourth annual event is the industry’s only conference devoted entirely to the active adult/55+ niche.
The 55+ cohort is the largest and fastest-growing segment in today’s renter landscape and will remain so for the next two decades.
This exciting, one-and-a-half day conference will bring together the leading players in the burgeoning active adult/55+ segment, including seniors housing owners, operators, investors and developers active in this space.
Also expected to be in attendance: investors and developers from the conventional multifamily, student housing and healthcare/MOB industries who are increasingly interested in the active adult segment.
The event will combine high-level education and market information along with plenty of opportunities for networking.
In addition to the panel sessions scheduled for April 18, 8:15 AM – 3:40 PM, we are hosting roundtables and a networking reception on April 17 (4:15 PM – 7:00 PM).
