InterFace Multifamily Texas 2026

September 2 @ 8:30 am 6:35 pm

InterFace Multifamily Texas - Sept. 2 in Dallas

Join leading owners, investors, developers, and operators of multifamily properties from across Texas, along with lenders, intermediaries, architects, contractors and vendors/service providers, for the 15th annual InterFace Multifamily Texas conference to be held September 2nd at The Westin Galleria in Dallas.

This event will focus on the Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin apartment markets and will attract attendees from across the state (and the nation) who are buying, selling, developing or lending on Class A, B, and C multifamily properties in Texas.

There remain no shortage of challenges facing owners, investors and developers right now, and a big focus of discussion will be how and when the leasing and rental rate environment will stabilize, and related to that, when the investment and development climate might be reinvigorated and come back to life.

There remain more questions than answers about today’s market, and this year’s event will offer a wealth of much-needed industry information and insight, as well as high-level networking, so if you are active in the multifamily property sector in Texas — or interested in or gauging opportunities in the region — you need to join us September 2nd!

InterFace Multifamily Texas is hosted by France Media’s Multifamily & Affordable Housing Business and Texas Real Estate Business magazines, along with the company’s InterFace Conference Group.
