It feels like COVID-19 will be with us into 2021, which is not great news for seniors housing occupancy and the investment market. However, several vaccines from reputable drug manufacturers are well into the testing pipeline, and the longer term outlook provides hope that the health crisis may finally be behind the industry and world by the second or third quarter of 2021.
