Webinar: Seniors Housing & CRM — Can You Predict the Future?
April 19 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
In the seniors housing sector, independent living saw the greatest gains in occupancy in 2022, a six percent increase over 2021. Assisted living and memory care occupancy remained stable but achieved higher tour-to-move-in conversion rates, according to WelcomeHome Software.
What drives the higher conversion and occupancy rates? In an upcoming webinar — “Seniors Housing & CRM: Can You Predict the Future?” — a panel of seniors housing operators will discuss how data analysis of lead sources and sales activities provides insight on how to move occupancy in the right direction.
This complimentary webinar will take place Wednesday, April 19, from 2:00-3:00 pm EDT. Seniors Housing Business is hosting the discussion.
Panelists include Kelley Skarp, SVP of Sales and Marketing, Arbor Company; Stephen Eatman, VP of Sales & Marketing, Sunshine Retirement; Jodi Guffee, COO & Owner, Radiant Senior Living; Maggie Seybold, VP of Customer Insight, WelcomeHome Software; and moderator Emily Alexander, VP of Customer Success, WelcomeHome Software.
During the webinar, WelcomeHome Software will also share insights from its 2022 year-in-review report, which aggregates data from the 1,000-plus communities it serves. Takeaways from the report include:
- In 2022, the largest occupancy gains (on a percentage basis) took place in communities located in the Northeast and West.
- Industry averages for independent living, assisted living and memory care in 2022 included a 150-day sales cycle for move-ins, start to finish, and a 675-day length of stay for the average resident.
- More than 75 percent of new leads and 46 percent of all move-ins came from aggregators and online sources.
- Communities whose staff performed 30 percent more CRM keystroke activity than their peers — resulting in five more minutes of work a day — had an average 1.5 percent-plus month-over-month occupancy gain.
