Admittance to any InterFace event, virtual conference or webinar is at the discretion of the organizers, InterFace Conference Group, and its parent company, France Publications, Inc., d/b/a France Media, Inc. France Media and InterFace Conference Group reserve the right to limit attendance to our events for any reason. InterFace Conference Group and France Media also reserve the right to remove any attendee or sponsor company for any reason.

By purchasing a registration, exhibit booth or sponsorship to an InterFace event, you hereby agree to the following terms:

LIVE EVENTS

Registration

All attendees must register for our conferences in advance or onsite using our registration systems. Paid registrations are tied to individual attendees, not companies. Registration for attendees of sponsor companies is tied to the company’s participation, not individually. Sponsoring companies must register employees and guests using their sponsor code. Registration for speakers is complimentary. A portion of the cost of a registration to an InterFace event includes a subscription to one of France Media’s titles. Registrants may opt out from the subscription, or cancel at any time, but there is no refund or discount to the registration price for opting out or canceling the subscription.

Substitution

Substitutions for registered attendees are allowed at applicable rates until 48 hours before the conference. If an attendee registers at a lower rate, and a higher rate is in effect at the time of substitution; a $25 substitution fee will be charged. Between 48 hours before and the time the conference begins, there is a $25 charge to substitute attendees (no charge for sponsoring companies).

Refunds

If you have paid registration fees for a conference and cannot attend, InterFace Conference Group will refund your registration fee if you cancel your registration 30 days or more before the conference. If you wish to cancel from 29 days to 72 hours before the event you may request a credit for the value of the registration. (The credit will be valid for any of our conferences held within one year from the date of the conference you originally registered for.) No credits or refunds will be issued if you cancel less than 72 hours prior to the start of the event. There are no refunds or credits issued for unused attendee registrations that are included in a sponsorship or exhibit package.

No-Shows

There are no refunds or credits for paid attendees who do not attend the InterFace events they were registered for or who do not cancel 72 hours or more before the beginning of the event. There are no refunds or credits issued for unused registrations or no-show attendees that are included in a sponsorship or exhibit package.

Force Majeure

InterFace Conference Group shall not be responsible for failure to hold the conference if circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to acts of God, governmental authority, terrorist acts, pandemic concerns, or declared war in the United States make it illegal or impossible for France Media/InterFace Conference Group to hold the event or for registrants, speakers, exhibitors and/or sponsors to attend. Should this occur, InterFace/France Media will make a best effort to reschedule the event and notify attendees, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors of its refund or credit policy for the event.

Health

Attendees agree to adhere to any health regulations and mandates in place issued by the municipality or venue at the time of the event. Failure to adhere to any mandates or regulations will result in the attendee being asked to leave the event, or removed from the event if they do not cooperate. If an attendee is asked to leave or removed from the event for failure to comply with municipal mandates or venue regulations, there will be no refund issued for registration, sponsorship or exhibit fees. Attendees understand that there is no liability to France Media/InterFace Conference Group for their sickness, injury or death resulting from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19 or any other illness. Attendees assume the risk by attending this event.

Reselling of Registrations

The resale of registrations, whether gained through sponsorship or paid, is not permitted. Individuals or groups found to be reselling registrations will be met with action from France Media, Inc. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee, sponsor and/or exhibitor to obtain insurance covering such property loss that may arise while at the event or traveling to/from the event.
