Admittance to any InterFace event is at the discretion of the organizers, InterFace Conference Group, and its parent company, France Publications, Inc., d/b/a France Media, Inc. France Media and InterFace Conference Group reserve the right to limit attendance to our events for any reason. InterFace Conference Group and France Media also reserve the right to remove any attendee or sponsor company for any reason.

By purchasing a registration, exhibit booth or sponsorship to an InterFace event, you hereby agree to the following terms:

Registration

Paid registrations are tied to individual attendees, not companies. Registration for attendees of sponsor companies is tied to the company’s participation, not individually. Sponsoring companies must register employees and guests using their sponsor code. Registration for speakers is complimentary.

Substitution

Substitutions for registered attendees are allowed at applicable rates until 48 hours before the conference. If an attendee registers at a lower rate, and a higher rate is in effect at the time of substitution; a $25 substitution fee will be charged. Between 48 hours before and the time the conference begins, there is a $25 charge to substitute attendees (no charge for sponsoring companies).

Refunds

If you have paid for a registration for a conference and cannot attend, InterFace Conference Group will gladly refund your registration fee 30 days or more before the conference. If it is less than 30 days before the conference, InterFace Conference Group will extend the attendee a credit for the value of the registration that is valid for any of our conferences within the next year from the conference that the attendee paid for.

No-Shows

There are no refunds for paid attendees or sponsor registrants who do not attend the InterFace events they were registered for. No credits for future events will be extended after the start date of the event that the attendee paid for.

Recordings

All InterFace events are recorded via voice recordings and photographs, and occasionally by video recordings. Speakers and attendees agree and consent that their image and/or voice may be used in/across multiple media. These images may be published or broadcast at a later date.

Exhibit Booths

Exhibit booths/sponsorship tables carry separate policies for different events. Please check with your media advisor to make sure you have the current regulations. Exhibit attendees must abide by the InterFace Conference Group attendance and registration policy.

Property

France Media, Inc., and InterFace Conference Group, as well as the hotel/venue provider, and their respective owners and agents, do not maintain insurance covering any property brought onto the venue premises by attendees, sponsors and exhibitors. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee, sponsor and/or exhibitor to obtain insurance covering such property loss that may arise while at the event or traveling to/from the event.

Media Attendance

Attendance of the media is at the discretion of the conference director. Members of the media requesting attendance to an InterFace event should contact Alicia Lewis, conference coordinator, at alewis [at] francemediainc.com for clearance and registration at least one week before the conference. Because of the nature of our speakers and subject matter, France Media and InterFace Conference Group reserve the right to withhold attendance by the press. Media attendees who pay for admittance are also NOT GUARANTEED entrance to an InterFace event. Paid registrants and speakers should be advised that the media will be present at most InterFace events, and that images, video and photographs may be taken for publication or broadcast.

Conduct

Attendees, speakers and sponsors are expected to conduct themselves on a professional level. France Media, Inc., and InterFace Conference Group reserve the right to remove any attendee for any reason deemed necessary by the conference director, officer of the company or hosting venue.
